Service Description
Dance Fit by Jessica Raffa is a structured exercise programme that incorporates all forms of exercise such as Pilates, light weights, abdominal exercises, stretching and Cardio Dance. Dance Fit is definitely not a typical dance class, with dance only featured in the cardio section of the class. We use light hand weights for upper body strengthening and Pilates for lower body. An abdominal routine has been created to strengthen the core, the main focus of the entire workout. If you are wanting an escape from the world around you, and to get in the best shape of your life, join my crew. I am here for you every step of the way. You will need a mat, hand weights (1 kg -1.5kg), towel and water bottle.
